Walking by the playground

When you walk by a playground, it will be empty unless there is a little league playing. Neither boys nor girls get up games on their own. So while organized sports are highly praise for building both skills and character, one thing it doesn’t do is build initiative. Adults decided where, when and how they will play.    I wrote a book “The City of Saint Paul Dog Ordinance” that really isn’t about a lost dog. It’s about walking by that playground and seeing how adults have taken away sports from boys. The book is sort of an appeal to give them back their youth. It’s a Kindle book. If you would like to read it, go to Amazon and type in B00IT69P9Y. The O’s are zeros
